The question is aimed at collecting information on the activity status of all those persons who neither worked nor were they unemployed during the last 7 days, i.e. all persons aged 8 years and above who have neither worked, nor have a job, business or holding to return to (employment/self-employed), nor were they ready to work if offered a job (unemployed).
